Kinetix creates custom AI-assisted video content from the materials you provide — your song, vocal stem, lyrics, hero image, style selections, and project notes. By submitting a project, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all uploaded materials.
AI video expectations
AI video generation is creative and probabilistic. Kinetix uses scene planning, lip-sync alignment, quality checks, editing, upscaling, and delivery packaging to create the strongest result possible, but exact likeness, movement, mouth shape, choreography, scene details, and timing may vary between generations.
Free 5-second proofs are adaptive branded clips showing general style, motion, and creative direction. Kinetix uses official lyrics when supplied; otherwise it may automatically transcribe the authorized clean stem—or the full song when no stem is supplied—for hidden timing only. WAV or MP3 is accepted; WAV is preferred for the highest quality and lip-sync accuracy. Without an isolated stem, instruments and backing vocals in a full mix may reduce accuracy, so an unsafe result becomes an artist-led visual route with a visibly silent mouth. Machine transcription never authorizes visible lyric copy. A proof is not guaranteed to represent every section of a full song.
Hero images must feature a single artist or authorized character. Bands, unauthorized celebrity likenesses, minors, copyrighted characters, logos, or third-party images may be rejected.
Watermarks & delivery
Free 5-second proof videos are generated at native 1366×768 and delivered as a clean 16:9 MP4 deterministically finished at 1920×1080 with one centered kinetix.video watermark. The proof itself is not converted into an unwatermarked paid deliverable. Standard paid full-song video is generated at native 1366×768. Seedance 2.5 Premium is generated at native 480p. Both paid products are deterministically finished and upscaled to 1920×1080 without Kinetix watermarks unless otherwise stated.
Payments & refunds
Submitting a free proof is free. Standard and Seedance 2.5 Premium full-song products are paid in full upfront for the selected package; payment is not a deposit. Work begins after the order is accepted and paid. Once production has started, payments become non-refundable because custom creative work and provider costs are committed.

Approvals & revisions
Both full-song products are fixed-scope: there is no storyboard preflight and no customer revision round. You select the product, song-length tier, and available creative options before generation, and Kinetix delivers the finished video as a clean 16:9 MP4. There are no change-of-mind refunds once generation begins.
Seedance 2.5 Premium includes one frozen generation attempt under the selected treatment and provider request. It does not include an automatic or elective retry, alternate take, customer revision, or re-render. This scope does not limit remedies required by applicable law or Kinetix's obligation to deliver the purchased finished video.
The voluntary Lip-Sync Guarantee applies only to eligible Standard artist-led orders when a usable isolated vocal stem was supplied and accepted before generation. If that delivered video then has clearly off lip sync, Kinetix re-renders the affected lip-sync scene free of charge, and if it still cannot be made right, you receive a full refund. Seedance 2.5 Premium does not include the Lip-Sync Guarantee or a lip-sync re-render. These limitations do not affect remedies required by law. Re-renders under the Standard Guarantee do not include changing the song, artist identity, product type, or creative direction unless agreed in writing.
Files & retention
Customer assets and rendered media are normally deleted 7 days after delivery or order closure unless needed for support, accounting, legal compliance, or a customer-requested continuation.
Rights & commercial use
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. Subject to full payment, paid deliverables may be used for release campaigns, YouTube, social posts, ads, and press. You are responsible for ensuring your materials and usage do not violate others' rights.
