Privacy Policy

Kinetix is a music video production service operated by Kyle Coghlan in San Diego, California. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you visit kinetix.video or work with us.

1. What we collect

When you submit our project form we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your song file or streaming link
• A photo or photos of yourself for use in your video
• Optional vocal stem audio
• A short description of the vibe or treatment you want
• Any additional notes you choose to share

When you pay, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your billing details and transaction metadata. We never see or store your card numbers.

When you visit kinetix.video, we collect anonymous traffic analytics through Plausible: page views, referrer, country, and screen size. Plausible does not set cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifying information.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit to plan and produce your music video. We use your contact information to communicate with you about your order, send deliverables, ask follow-up questions, and process revisions.

We use the photos and song you submit only to produce your video. We do not share your assets with third parties for unrelated purposes, and we do not use your assets to train any model.

3. Third parties we use

• Tally — receives your form submissions
• Stripe — handles payment
• Vimeo — hosts videos we deliver and embed
• Plausible — anonymous traffic analytics
• Email provider — email correspondence

Each of these services has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle data we share with them.

4. Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in our project management system and email inbox while a project is active and for up to 12 months after delivery. After that we delete them unless you ask us to retain them longer. Your delivered video remains available on Vimeo at your option.

5. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we have about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your data after your project is complete
• Export the assets you originally submitted

6. Cookies

kinetix.video does not set first-party cookies. Embedded third-party tools (Tally form, Vimeo player, Stripe checkout) may set cookies needed for those services to function.

7. Children

Kinetix is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact hello@kinetix.video and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
