Kinetix is a music video production service operated by Kinetix AI LLC in San Diego, California. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. What we collect
- Your name, email address, and optional phone number
- Your song and lead-vocal stem
- Your submitted lyrics
- Your authorized artist image
- Your style selections, project notes, and technical asset hashes
Stripe collects billing details and transaction metadata when you pay. We never see or store your card numbers. Optional traffic and advertising measurement uses Google Tag Manager and Meta (Facebook) and TikTok measurement. If you provide a phone number, Kinetix may use it for order recovery and fraud prevention. Only after you choose Accept in our cookie banner, Kinetix may send Meta the normalized SHA-256 hash of that phone number with other consented conversion identifiers; the raw phone number is not included in the Meta Conversions API payload.
2. How we use it
We use these materials to analyze the song, automatically transcribe authorized audio for hidden lyric timing when applicable, plan and generate the requested video, perform lip-sync and visual quality review, deliver the result, provide support, prevent abuse, and communicate about the order. Machine transcription does not authorize visible lyric copy. Kinetix does not intentionally use customer media to train its own models.
3. Service providers
- Kinetix Webapp — order submission and project operations
- OpenAI — creative planning, audio transcription for hidden timing, and prepared-artist-reference review; receives only the relevant authorized audio, lyrics, project metadata, or images needed for the applicable step
- Google Gemini — song/audio analysis and generated-video quality review; receives relevant audio, authorized-image, and video-review material
- EvoLink — video-generation infrastructure; receives the bounded prompts and authorized image, audio, or reference assets required for each scene
- Stripe — payment processing
- Hosting/storage providers — secure project storage and video delivery
- Google Tag Manager — delivery of optional analytics and conversion-measurement tags after cookie consent
- Meta (Facebook) — consented advertising measurement, including browser identifiers and hashed email or optional hashed phone identifiers for conversion matching
- TikTok — consented advertising measurement through its browser pixel
- Resend — transactional and follow-up email; receives your name, email address, and order status needed for each message
These providers process data under their own service terms and retention policies. Kinetix sends only the material needed for the applicable production step.
4. Cookies & consent
Essential storage keeps the site working. Optional Google measurement tags, Meta and TikTok pixels, and server-side Meta conversion events activate only after you choose Accept in our cookie banner; if you choose Decline they stay off. Your choice is shared across kinetix.video and app.kinetix.video when your browser permits it. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings. If you withdraw a previous acceptance, the page reloads so optional measurement stops for the new choice.
5. Retention
Customer media is stored while a project is active and is normally deleted from Kinetix production storage 7 days after delivery or closure. Active support cases, customer-requested continuations, fraud prevention, accounting records, and legal obligations may require limited information to be retained longer. External service providers may retain processed data according to their own policies.
6. Your rights

7. Children
Kinetix is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
