How much does a full video cost?

Standard is $39.99 up to 3:00, $49.99 up to 3:30, $59.99 up to 4:00, $69.99 up to 4:30, or $79.99 up to 5:00. There are no credits or subscriptions.

What is included in a full video?

Standard videos deliver a clean 16:9 MP4 with no Kinetix watermark, deterministically finished at 1920 by 1080, plus human review and individual scene clips. Standard offers Traditional, Abstract, or Lyrics Only.

Is Seedance 2.5 available?

Seedance 2.5 is temporarily unavailable for new orders. Existing Seedance orders and downloads are unchanged.

What do I upload for a full video?

Artist-led MiniMax videos require your song master, official lyrics and one authorized artist image. A vocal stem is optional*; without one, we use your song. *A clean isolated vocal stem helps lip-sync accuracy and is required for Lip-Sync Guarantee eligibility. Lyrics Only still requires the master, stem and official lyrics, but no artist image. WAV or MP3 is accepted; WAV is preferred.

Can Abstract videos include animated lyrics?

The standard Abstract direction stays text-free. Choose Artist + Lyrics for typography around a performance, or Lyrics Only for a fully artist-free MiniMax 3 native lyric video.

How does Lyrics Only work?

Kinetix creates one exact-copy GPT Image 2 Low spelling plate per complete official lyric line and human-checks every plate before video generation. MiniMax 3 then natively animates the locked lyric word groups, moving backgrounds, and transitions. No artist image or locally rendered typography is used. Up to three complete lyric lines appear in each 15-second carrier while eight compatible editorial systems rotate across the song. Local post aligns the provider-native visual states to verified complete-line vocal boundaries, restores the exact song, finishes, upscales, and runs strict text QC.

Is the whole song lip-synced?

No. Traditional videos are performance-first and use readable-mouth performance where timing is safe, with brief artist and environment cutaways. Abstract videos use animated visual systems instead. Lyrics Only contains no artist performance.

What if the lip sync is clearly off?

The voluntary Lip-Sync Guarantee applies only to eligible Standard artist-led videos when a usable isolated vocal stem was supplied and accepted before generation. Kinetix re-renders a clearly off affected scene free of charge; if it still cannot be made right, you receive a full refund. For Standard orders that proceed without an isolated stem, reduced lip-sync accuracy by itself does not qualify for a free re-render or refund.

Can I approve a storyboard or request revisions?

The public music video is fixed-scope: no storyboard preflight and no customer revision round. You choose your product, direction, and options before generation.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel for a full refund before generation begins. Once generation starts, change-of-mind refunds are not available because custom production costs are committed.

How long does delivery take?

Production is scheduled after your required assets and payment are complete. Delivery timing depends on song length and human review.

What format is delivered?

Standard full-song videos deliver a clean 16:9 MP4 at 1920 by 1080. Native 768p MiniMax 3 generation is locally finished and upscaled to 1080p. There is no public 2K option.

Do I own the video?

Yes. Subject to the terms and full payment, paid deliverables include commercial use rights, no Kinetix watermark, and no required credit.
